Rock Hippo Production Ltd. is looking for customer service representatives to provide In-Game Support for our online video games.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and provide assistance in resolving client issues.
Answer community incidents via in-game tools and email.
Handle and centralize bugs, in-game issues and exploits; identify recurrent bugs and include them to reporting.
Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues. Help new players learn the game.
Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community and help expand the community.
Create and attend brainstorm, plan, and execute various community event to both retain current players and attract new players.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Great creative writing is a plus
Must have RPG or FPS game knowledge
Basic computer skills and fluency in Microsoft Office
Excellent teamwork skills
Creative writing is a plus
Minimum qualifications
A passion for online games and an understanding of online games and the market.
